Goldcrest were originally assigned to support my mother at home for a period of six weeks, following her release from a short stay in hospital. The carers quickly built up a rapport with mum and provided excellent support. We were so pleased with the care and support, that Goldcrest were retained and have visited mum 5 times a week ever since (now nearly two years). Without exception, the team are wonderful. Primarily charged with taking mum out for a walk each day, they will assist her in any way needed and personalise the care as required. Feedback from the team is first class and proactive, with regular reviews taking place. All this is combined with a very flexible approach. Having used a number of service providers over the last few years, I rate Goldcrest as the best I’ve encountered. This is down to their fabulous staff, great management, good process and a positive attitude from all within the team. Highly recommended.
