With our live in care service, one of our care practitioners will reside in your home with you and be on hand 24/7 should you need anything. They will be fully trained to provide you with all kinds of support, such as:
We strive to establish a relationship in which our carer lives as a part of the family, which extends to mealtimes too. Typically, the live in carer will eat alongside the client, rather than having to source their own meals; details of this will be discussed at the initial assessment.
Our live-in carers are rotated regularly, to allow for breaks.
As well as working from a detailed, person-centred care plan, any new live-in carers will also receive a thorough handover from the previous carer. This will allow them to become familiar with your needs and habits, so that they can care for you as efficiently as possible.
If, for any reason, you have any concerns surrounding your care provision, please highlight this to the office immediately. We will strive to resolve these as effectively as possible, whilst prioritising your comfort and care throughout.
